You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to use the Service.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensuring materials you upload are accurate and lawful
- All activity conducted through your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
- Upload misleading, unlawful, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
- Interfere with system security or availability
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. AI Limitations
You acknowledge that:
- CoTeam is an AI system and may produce imperfect responses
- The Service does not guarantee sales outcomes or conversions
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving how the Service is used

6. Fees and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
- All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice
7. Money-Back Guarantee
If offered, any money-back guarantee applies only as described during signup and is subject to stated conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to:
- The CoTeam platform
- Software, models, and infrastructure
You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to a limited license allowing us to operate the Service.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For security or legal reasons

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, including:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.
