What is CoTeam?
CoTeam transforms how you give product demos. Instead of scheduling meetings and manually walking prospects through your product, CoTeam creates AI-powered demo experiences that run 24/7. Your prospects click a link, and an AI agent instantly demonstrates your product through voice or chat - no human needed!
Think of it as: Having your best sales engineer available at all times, speaking any language, never getting tired, and remembering every detail about your product.
Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit CoTeam and click "Sign Up"
- Use your email or sign in with Google/GitHub
- You'll be redirected to choose a subscription plan
- Complete payment through our secure PayStack checkout
- Once confirmed, you'll access your dashboard
Tip: CoTeam requires a subscription to use - we don't offer a free tier because we provide premium AI services.
Step 2: Set Up Your Company
- Click "Set Up Company" from your dashboard
- Fill in your company details:
- Company Name: Your business name
- Product Name: What you're demoing
- Product URL: Where your product lives (e.g., app.yourcompany.com)
- Click Next
Step 3: Add Your Product Knowledge
This is where the magic happens! Teach the AI about your product:
Upload Documentation:
- Paste URLs to your help docs, website, or blog posts
- Upload PDF files (user guides, presentations, datasheets)
What to include:
- Product features and how they work
- Pricing information
- Common use cases
- FAQs
- Integration guides
Tip: The more you teach the AI, the better it answers questions!
Step 4: Configure Authentication (Optional)
If your product requires login:
- None: Choose this if your product is public
- Form Login: For username/password login pages
- API Token: If you use token-based auth
- Custom Login: For complex login flows
Step 5: Get Your Demo Link
After setup, you'll receive a unique demo link like:
https://app.getcoteam.com/your-company
