Demo Link Issues
"Demo link not working":
- ✅ Check subscription is active (go to Pricing page)
- ✅ Verify company is fully set up
- ✅ Ensure product URL is accessible
- ✅ Test link in incognito mode
"Prospects can't see my product":
- Check product URL is public or authentication is configured
- Verify URL doesn't require VPN
- Ensure no IP restrictions on your product
AI Not Answering Correctly
If AI gives wrong answers:
- Update knowledge base: Add missing information
- Check uploaded content: Ensure docs are comprehensive
- Add FAQs: Upload common questions and answers
- Be specific: Generic docs lead to generic answers
If AI says "I don't know":
- This means info isn't in your knowledge base
- Add the missing documentation
- Re-ingest your knowledge base
Authentication Issues
"AI can't log into my product":
- Verify credentials are correct
- Check if login page URL changed
- Ensure no 2FA or CAPTCHA (AI can't solve these)
- Try "None" authentication and use a demo account
Security: Credentials are encrypted and never exposed
Voice Issues
"Voice not working":
- Allow microphone permissions in browser
- Use Chrome, Safari, or Edge (best compatibility)
- Check microphone works in other apps
- Try text mode as alternative
"AI voice is choppy":
- Check internet connection
- Close bandwidth-heavy apps
- Try refresh page
Payment & Subscription Issues
"Can't subscribe":
- Enable international payments on your card
- Try different payment method in PayStack
- Clear browser cache and retry
